The Room

Built for a show, not just a night out.

Most bars on the square have a corner and a speaker. Wildfire has a stage you can walk around and a twenty-foot wall of LED behind it — the difference between hosting a DJ and hosting a production.

360° stage
A stage the crowd surrounds on all sides. Performers work the whole room instead of one wall, and there's no bad angle from the floor.
LED wall
20 ft × 10 ft of programmable LED behind the stage. Set visuals, live feeds, or sponsor and brand content for a private buyout.
Dance floor
6,500+ square feet of open floor, with room to run a full production rig. Confirm
VIP & bottle service
Reserved tables and booths with bottle packages and dedicated service.
Sound & lighting
House audio and intelligent lighting, run from the booth. Full spec sheet available for touring acts and promoters. Specs needed
CO2 cannons
House CO2 cannons, cued to the set. Standard on guest DJ nights and available for any buyout or bottle presentation.

One to two days’ notice secures the table you want, though we’ll always do our best to accommodate same-night bottle service if the floor allows. Packages include bottles, mixers, and dedicated service — tell us the night and the headcount and we’ll come back with pricing.

Every bottle comes out with sparklers and a dedicated server. On guest DJ nights the CO2 cannons hit on the walk-out.
Custom signs
Name a section, mark a birthday, or put a chapter or company name up — custom signs at the table and on the LED wall, made for your group and up all night.
Booking notice
One to two days is ideal for a reserved table or booth. Same-night bottle service requests are never turned away — we’ll seat you if the room allows.
Bottle service team
Dedicated servers on every VIP table, so nobody in your group is standing at the bar.

Full and partial buyouts for shows, brand activations, fundraisers, and corporate nights. The 360 stage and the LED wall are the reason people book this room instead of a ballroom — bring your own content and we'll run it.

Load-in is off the square. Tell us the date, the act, and what you need from the house, and we'll send the spec sheet and a hold.
